  SHIPPING METHOD

We use the Standard Shipping method to deliver the product.

  PO BOXES, RURAL ROUTE & APO/FPO/DPO

We will use DHL Express service for PO Boxes, Rural Route, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  DELIVERY TIME

• Processing time 1 to 2 business days.
• Transit time 3 to 5 business days.

  ORDER TRACKING

When your product successfully shipped, you will get tracking information on your confirmation email. However, you can also check via this page – Order Tracking.

Please allow to give 24 hours for the tracking information working properly.

  ORDER CANCELLATION

We will be able to cancel the order if the products don’t ship.

Once it transits, we will not accept any cancellation requests.  

  ADDRESS CHANGE

If you put mistakenly or want to change the shipping address, in that case you have 12 hours. In this during, you need to contact us as fast as possible.
